Bremerton Bâtonnage Shiraz/Malbec 2022

Share

The notation of “Bâtonnage” refers to the winemaking technique of stirring the yeast lees in barrels where the wine has fermented and matured. This Bremerton range is designed as an attractive premium offering, tapping into Bremerton’s best estate fruit of the season, here in 69/31 proportions of Shiraz and Malbec. It’s a wine with impressive energy, woody spices seasoning the bright cherry like fruit within, flavours rising, lifting then lingering in the finish in a moreish final arc. Plenty to like here in a very modern style.
