A blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon 75% with Cabernet Franc 11% and small touches of Malbec 8% and Petit Verdot 6% to round out the assemblage. This is almost as if you were perched above a foragers basket of berries and herbs. Blackberry, blueberries and Davidson plums. Some basil, rosemary and tuberose. Black soil, clove and gravelly stones. Clove and cassia bark compliment the intensity of fruit with slinky lines of acidity and firm tannins. This has the ability to age for a decade or so, becoming all the more ethereal and sexy. Drink now with pulled pork and black beans or in 10 years with an irish stew.

She has been nominated for the Good Food Guide Sommelier of the Year award on three occasions and claims that her experience as a Len Evans scholar as one of the highlights of her career.
