A beautiful example of mature Shiraz from old vines in Blewitt Springs, matured in a mix of French and American oak. The sweet American oak adds an important layer to the wine’s plush and elegant profile, with a slightly leathery nuance hinting at its time in  bottle. Still evolving, the wine’s layered complexity will deepen with age. Seamless, integrated, and thoroughly delightful. A classy, mature Shiraz.
