Bromley Bellarine Pinot Noir 2017

Share

A small amount of the fruit here had undergone carbonic maceration and it shows itself very deftly on the nose, almost like it’s playing peek-a-boo. There’s a very subtle nuance of boiled blackberry lollies and rose stem in amongst some more plush, softer fruits. Nice richness on the palate, plump with stuffing but the length of this wine and its’ finish are most stirring. As the richness fades you can taste cherry skin, cranberry, and white strawberry (naughty children – picking them before they’re ripe!) all holding this lovely tartness that lasts and lasts.
