Much of the contemporary Australian Rosé revolution has been based on either Pinot Noir or Grenache – so why not a bit of both? That’s what’s happening here, the blend of varieties resulting in its modern pale pink colour, with subtle white and red berry aromas and flavours, a peppery zing in the palate.
