Capel Vale Regional Series Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Share

More than your average Margaret River sauvignon blanc here in a wine that combines bright purity of fruit with an attractive texture. Pale in colour, it is an elegant sauvignon blanc style with crisp citrus and apple fruits with an edge of cut grass. That is followed by a fresh, bright and zesty palate beautifully offset by a slight creaminess which provides a pleasant finish. Drinks well on its own but could also match up to baked asparagus with parmesan.
