This more traditionally styled 2021 single vineyard Barossa Shiraz is chunky and muscular delivering bold aromas of chocolate, blackberry and cloves with a firm base of vanillin oak. Firm, and solid, oak is again prominent on the palate but suits the style well through to a dry, full-flavoured finish accented with roasted spices.
