Claymore Black Vinyl Reserve Cabernet Shiraz 2021

Share

The classic Aussie blend this time out from the Clare Valley and in fine form, its Cabernet partner exuding attractive cassis/blackcurrant aromas with sugared mint leaf characters as well, bridging nose to palace where subtle oak and spice work hand in hand with its swirl of Shiraz-sweet fruits. Really lovely on that count, with powdery tannins easy and gentle in the finish. Tasted over several days, remaining upright throughout, suggesting a good decant or cellaring will be of further benefit.
