Cloudbreak Nouveau Collection Pinot Gris 2025

Share

A fragile wine that requires a bit of air to capture the quince, blood plum citrus and poached pears. The wine runs like a trickle of river water, slippery and with harmonious acidity. The wine unfurls evenly the whole way across the palate,  as accessible and sessionable Pinot Gris should be. A hint of white pepper and some ginger pickle on the finish. Drink now with a cold peeled prawn sando.
