Colab & Bloom Shiraz McLaren Vale 2022

Very dark purple hue here, with bright aromas, running through plums, chocolate, leather, cloves, black fruits and licorice. Big, bold and richly flavoured, it is a wine of medium length, but with fine yet firm tannins. The palate sees the emergence of even more chocolatey notes and a lingering finish. This is still young, but with five to six years of pleasure ahead of it. It is a delicious, high quality barbecue offering, or for something even better.
