Corduroy Wines Adelaide Hills Shiraz 2018

2018 has turned out to be an excellent vintage for Adelaide Hills Syrah thanks to a nice burst of heat which gave the wines another degree of muscle and power. Good colour here and more of a Syrah style with its beautiful range of violets, spice, black and red currant fruit aromas. It’s not shy though, with dense, compact fleshy dark fruit flavours lifted by a freshness to the acidity with a line of spice that runs right through the palate to a long and vibrant finish. Great value!
