Sadly, Margaret River has lost some of its Shiraz plantings to the increasing popularity of the region’s Cabernet Sauvignon.
I say keep Shiraz in the ground, especially if it can continue to produce such excellent drinking as the 1000 Crowns Shiraz.
Deep, dark colour (seems to be a Credaro signature).
Scent of the forest, bright and leafy with tilled earth and a spicy, black fruited intensity.
More of the same on the palate with savory cues coming into play.
Super taut in structure and still filling out.
