This shy but charming Pecorino, a grape which hails from Central Italy, offers up restrained yet engaging aromas of lemon rind, saline and acacia with an attractive savoury edge. Bone dry, with a chalky mouthfeel and tangy acidity, a bit hit of citrus flavours strike before holding through to a long, tight finish.
