Ulithorne Prospera McLaren Vale Shiraz 2018

Share

This is one of the top wines from Ulithorne and it tastes like it with everything but the kitchen sink thrown at it. Bright deep ruby in colour, the aromas are beautifully voluptuous, giving and complex with berry compote, fruit pastille and toasty oak with a savoury, baked earth edge. There is then genuine richness and density to dark fruit flavours with lashings of ripe fruit that tighten up on the finish thanks to some firm tannins. Very well composed and with plenty of years ahead of it.
