I honestly can’t get enough of Pinot/Syrah blends, particularly when they’re done in such a fun way as this wine and can go well either chilled or at room temperature – hence the name. As it’s still a baby, fresh fruits are the name of the game – strawberry, boysenberry, cranberry really sing in the glass – with some added complexity of green peppercorn, nutmeg, violets and earth. It’s juicy, energetic and flits between fruity and savoury in the glass. It also goes smashingly with food.
