Dandelion Vineyards Enchanted Garden of the Eden Riesling 2020

Share

The crisp edgy intensity of Eden Valley is evident immediately in this excellent riesling, a variety which has been a major player for this cool region. Engaging bath salts and talcy characters immediately strike on the nose. The palate has a lemon crunch with a lively mouth feel. There appears a level of natural acidity which will stand it well for longer term cellaring. Nice lime and minerals kick on the finish. Mighty good each-way wine – either now as an aperitif or for the cellar to pick up some of those delicious toasty nuances.
