Gaelic Cemetery Celtic Farm Riesling 2021

Share

A deliciously approachable Clare Valley Riesling here but also with good staying power. Pale in colour, it opens with classic Rose’s lime aromas but is then lifted with an almost Eden Valley like minerality and bath salts touch. It’s then light weight, and a little angular with zesty acidity underlying punchy fruits with a line of stony flavour along the full length of the palate which finishes with attractive purity and focus. It will age but is already great drinking and is practically begging for King George Whiting and chips.
