Tannin power goes hand in hand with a perky acidity providing energy and drive and laying the foundation for aromas and flavours that speak of the land, the terroir. Aromas of Aussie bush, cherry, cranberry and plum, vanilla pod and earth. Offers a sinewy and linear expression of the grape in bright sour cherry and cranberry flavours with pomegranate tartness allayed with crushed herbs, earth and briar running long to a persistent finish. Balanced and well-structured and shows why we should be paying close attention to Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
