Daosa Blanc de Blancs 2019

This superb local sparkler, 100% Chardonnay, spent more than four years on lees, impressive even by the standards seen in Champagne. Fruit from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, this is the ninth release of this wine. A seriously impressive sparkler, by any standards. Pale lemon in colour, this is finely crafted with aromas of spices, apples, florals and chalk notes. A quality and classy Blanc de Blancs with a creamy texture.
