Marlborough Blanc translates into a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. In other words, it brings together the region’s undoubted star varieties into a white wine of some energy and interest. White flowers, blossom, honeysuckle, white peach, citrus, almond, herbals all meet on the aroma. Creamy in texture, the palate keeps flavours tight, subtle and bright with some high energy super bright acidity calling the tune. A dusting of almond savouriness is hinted at amid the citrus and white peach, pea shoot and gooseberry. Composed now, would love more time in bottle. Organic and vegan friendly.
