It’s a party of butter-infused popcorn, toasted hazelnuts, lemon curd, sun-kissed nectarines, and a hint of acacia honey. The savouriness of butter and creamy mushrooms on the palate is rather attractive, coupled with a nice acid vein that refreshes the whole experience while promoting a delicate, mid-weight body. There is a considered length for this lovely, mid-week Bourgogne Blanc from the vineyards that run parallel to the Côte de Nuits, from Gevrey-Chambertin to Corton boscage.
