The moment I smell this I’m transported to walking in an orchard at harvest time. The fruit notes are defined and fresh as if just picked and bitten in to. Vibrant yellow apple, nashi pear, lemon, quince, grapefruit, nectarine, and the faintest whisper of mango skin. Air unlocks a subtle cinnamon lift that plays nice with the apple note. The palate bursts with intensity but with guillotine like tension to balance it. Pear, golden delicious apple, quince, lemon rind and just ripe yellow plum are swiftly pulled into linear focus by cleansing and superbly integrated acidity. Brilliant length here, with the yellow apple and pear notes catapulted through the palate.
