Fishbone Blue Label Shiraz Cabernet 2023

A real little charmer with a zippy-ness of fruit that pulses throughout the wine.  Mid-dark purple colour. Upfront, ripe berries on show from the aroma onwards in red berries, black fruits, plum, cassis with green, leafy notes, bay leaf, spice and bitter chocolate. Crunchy acidity brightens the palate and assists in the clean, fresh delivery of fruit, anise and woody spiced oak. A good example of the classic Aussie red.
