Flying Fish Cove Cabernet Merlot 2016

This 8-year-old Cabernet blend has moved effortlessly into its secondary drinking stage showing slightly developed characters which add lots of complexity and interest. This was quite a robust year in Margaret River, and it shows through in the firmish tannins. The developed leathery nuances work well with the fruit characters. Finishing with a slightly minerally seashell character.
