Tempers old school Marlborough herbaceous-ness with some modern-style, ripe tropical fruit. The result is both nicely pungent and herbal with an irresistible, summery fruit charm. Grapefruit pith, green apple, gooseberry, passionfruit pulp, lemongrass and tomato bush intensity of aroma and flavour is shaped by saline bright acidity. A slight sweetness cuts through the grassy, herbal notes taking the edge off, and contributing a touch of creaminess on the middle palate. A vibrant Sauvignon to be enjoyed now.
