Galway Pipe Rare Tawny 25 Years Limited Release

The colour is quite deep, but there are hints of Tawny around the edges. Aromas burst open to reveal an exotic combination of raisins, spices, and fruit cake with a few roasted chestnuts for good measure. The palate is remarkably smooth and seamlessly woven with the toffee and dried fruit combination, just superb. It’s elegantly focused and very long. Super wine.
