Genista Taking The Mickie Shiraz 2022

Okay, so this is Barossa, but it is not a big, opulent, excessively tannic wine. It delivers with a degree of poise and control. Aromas of spicy pepper dark plum laced with a distinct vanillin oak weave. The palate is soft with bright red fruits, a little licorice and a dusting of cocoa. Would like to see it with some age on it.
