Gone Rogue Mash Up Red 2018

The Rogue Vintner wines are not your serious, put down in the cellar wine styles. They are fun wines, with juicy, fruity appeal to enjoy over a casual meal or without, depending on your mood. That said it has taken plenty of effort in the winery to give that drinkability. Half McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek fruit, including from some 85-year-old bush vine Grenache, give plenty of depth.

The wine is fruit-filled both to smell and taste. There are layers of ripe red and black berry fruits – with touches of earth and spice. It is juicy too with a line of bright acidity driving that approachability. An easy drink on its own but would be a good match with barbequed chicken kebabs.
