Greenock Creek Mataro 2022

Share

This is a charming expression of Mataro that retains the Greenock Creek signature while allowing this often underrated variety to shine. Classically reserved aromas of game, old leather and fennel seed are backed up by a rich bed of mulberry fruits. A well composed palate follows with slightly understated fruit well matched to bright acidity and sandy tannins before mellowing through to a meaty finish.
