A fine Shiraz from a number of regions, the Hunter Valley, Hilltops and Canberra. All of them make contributions to this delicious wine which spends time in French oak. A vibrant purple hue, there are notes of dried herbs, bay leaves, violets, spices, ripe cherries, black fruits, leather and soy. The structure is seamless, the texture supple and there are silky tannins.
