Hare’s Chase Mataro Rosé 2025

Share

A delicate, pale salmon hue in the glass. The wine opens with rockmelon and nectarine, some two tone strawberries and quince. Orange citrus peeks through. There is a sinewy mid palate branching out to cherry liquor and pickled ginger. The wine sits comfortably in that middle palate for some time, making it an ideal with fatty fish or creamy pastas. It is dry enough to drink alone or with some tomato pesto dishes. Drink Now.
