Hare’s Chase The Springer Shiraz 2020

 Sourced from a number of growers across the Barossa Valley, the colour offers a deep purple hue. Notes of cassis, beef stock, spices, blueberries and cocoa powder with good oak integration swirl through the range of aromas on display. The palate reveals a hint of mushroom and warm earth with medium length, fine tannins and a lingering finish. Enjoy over the next four to six years. Always a well-performed style.
