Taylors Masterstroke Clare Valley Cabernet Shiraz 2022

Share

Perfumed and enticing, this captures and highlights some cassis and raspberry compote. Picked rosemary leaf, some dried oregano and pencil tin. It is shaped with taut skin tannins and flesh that is compact and very youthful. A wonderful expression of Clare Valley and those cool nights with fresh acidity, this will go the distance. It is by no means heavy but equally pleasurable. Nipped and tucked beautifully with real detail and harmony between the two varieties. Great stuff and ideal with beef and lamb patties wedged between flatbreads. Drink now or cellar for another 8-10 years.
