Five Vineyard Sangiovese 2024

From a single vineyard in the Plenty sub-region at Port Phillip in Victoria, this attractive Sangiovese spends time in older French oak. The winemaker is the highly respected and experienced Rob Dolan. Blood red in colour, with a crimson rim, the nose reveals aromas of tomato bushes, kirsch, root vegetables, dried herbs, animal skins, red fruits, soy, mushrooms and freshly turned earth.
