Like its name sake, this is coiled and ready to leap out of the glass with blackberries, little pops of translucent red fruit, red currant and raspberries too. Moroccan souk spice of paprika, harissa and cardamom. There is real freshness here and the wine is drinking youthful beyond its years. Coffee and mocha spice, tannins are sandy and well integrated into the wine. This leaves you with a roasted caraway and coffee note, so ideal for charred meats and dry rub spices. Pull apart, slow cooked BBQ ribs would be ideal. Drink now or will continue to soften for 3 years further.
