Head Wines Red GSM 2019

Alex’s Head’s Red range are your bistro wines – easy to enjoy, and fun, but also with surprising depth. This wine is an Aussie Côtes du Rhône style – it’s supple, and approachable, but savoury at the same time.

It starts with lashings of ripe dark fruits – pure Barossa black cherry and plum, which are given added interest thanks to a liberal sprinkling of leather and spice. It’s fleshy and mouthfilling on the palate with a juicy acid kick and supple tannins to finish. Pair it up with posh bangers and mash for the best results.
