Hentley Farm The Beauty Shiraz 2019

Share

2019 was a hot and dry vintage in the Barossa and its made its mark on The Beauty, which is more voluptuous than ever. The colour is opaque and then it launches into spicy and floral elements before going deeper into liquorice and cocoa with sweet, well balanced oak – the fruit being ripe and dense. The palate is then rich and chunky with waves of luscious dark fruit which has great upfront impact but there is also detail underneath, predominately clove and black pepper spice. There is already a softness and drinkability too with oak tannins providing structure to a supple, moreish palate with exceptional length to finish. A mid term cellaring proposition.
