Hewitson Belle Ville Rosé 2021

Share

Dean Hewitson is going hard down the French line here with a rosé crafted from Mourvèdre and Cinsault, as you might find in Southern France. But that’s not all folks, this is a wine that is all about delicacy and finesse as opposed to being stacked full of flavour. Light salmon pink in colour, elegant fruits emerge with white strawberry, watermelon and gently spicy aromas. The palate is then pure silk with a creamy texture which is whipped into shape by a nice little flick of acidity to finish. Don’t think too much – just sip and enjoy.
