Hutton Triptych Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Share

Intense blackberries, prune plums and black sesame seeds. Clove and allspice. Salted licorice and black truffle. A wild red currant or two. Long black coffee and high quality dark chocolate notes. Dried rosemary and sage leaf. A filagree of fine tannins that evenly coat the palate with crunchy acidity and a moreishness of spice. Its body weight sits in the front palate with plenty of savoury notes to keep you reaching for another glass. Oak handling is just right. This wine has been well loved and made, drink now and will cellar well for 8-12 years. Crack out your family favourite beef stews for this one.
