Humo Blanco Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Share

We don’t see much Chilean wine in Australia and, for anyone keen to branch out, this organic red is a very good place to start. It shows all that you want to see in a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon with a combination of sweet dark fruits plus that edge of dried and leafy herbs. It has plenty of power too with juicy, just ripe blackberry flavours with older, spicy oak well matched. The combination of bright acidity and chalky tannins also make it a good food wine, with herb crusted lamb a guaranteed hit.
