Iconic Wines Solaris Chardonnay 2023

A little “sunshine” in the glass, as the name implies, Solaris translates to the sun from Latin. The aromas of yellow apple, yellow peach, pineapple, and mango, as well as vibrancy of colour, gold colour, quickly capture the eye. A textural palate with a phenolic tang to it shows a lemon sherbet acidity, ripe nectarine and a scoop of fresh cream that is as tantalising as it is dangerous.
