Pale golden with a touch of salmon pink, this wine opens up with fantastic complexity for the price with layers of powerful brioche, white strawberry, and red apple fruits topped by subtle toasty complexity thanks to eight years on lees. It then delivers impressive levels of mouthfilling flavour in a richly textured and creamy palate punctuated by lacy acidity adding complexity over a lingering finish. A quality sparkling wine at a bargain price.
