Jansz Vintage Cuvée 2017

Share

A surprisingly rich vintage sparkling wine from Jansz already drinking beautifully and that lacks nothing in the way of complexity. Pale golden in colour, there are precise and focused aromas of citrus peel and pith, lemon curd and citrus tart encased in fine French pastry. The palate is defined by its youthful vitality and energy with excellent balance of acid and fruit, again in the pastry spectrum. There is also a juiciness but also a softness to the palate, which makes it quite moreish, before a lingering and silky finish. A delicious Tasmanian vintage style, and excellent value for money.
