A Single Vineyard Riesling from the Watervale sub-region that delivers the kind of fruit weight and intensity that winemakers love. There’s an electric energy to this wine via some scintillating acidity. It’s like a lemon sorbet explosion on the tongue. White flowers and restrained florals gather on the bouquet with bath salts, kaffir lime, lime cordial and zest. The palate is linear, steely, with a driving acidity in charge which immediately indicates a wine capable of extended ageing. Lime, lemongrass and citrus flavours with green apple bite come together effortlessly. Tight as, consider this a fine wine for further cellaring.
