Kinross Aura Gibbston Blanc de Noirs 2025

Share

Blanc de Noirs translates from French as “white from black”. It refers to a white wine made entirely from dark-skinned grapes. Apricot and blossom aromatics with lifted wild strawberry, cherry pot purée, nectarine, and rose petals, all carried with a cool mineral freshness. The palate is fresh and stony, with red apple, peach, and delicate red fruit flavours, threaded by fine tension that keeps everything tight on the finely textured, chalky palate. Modern, edgy, and smartly made – love it!
