This new line by Kirrihill is designed for drinking now or for the cellar.  The delicate aromas are all about grapefruit, lime, orange blossom and elderflower. Precision on the palate is everything – light and constrained, continuing the citric vibe with lime zest and lemon peel. Mineral zing and uplift. Light on its feet and refreshing. The kind of wine that would dissolve out of bottle very easily on a hot day.
