Robert Oatley Signature Series Shiraz 2020

Share

Tapping into the most recognisable of McLaren Vale’s varieties, this hits the region’s wider expressionist expectations in an instant, with typical earthy feels, dark chocolate meets dark Shiraz berry, ripe and rich yet toned most sensitively into a more medium than fuller bodied style. Quite fleshy and plump in the palate, a sprinkle of black peppery spice in the exit that has an easy, soft tannin texture to roll through to a balanced and even finish. Strong in the value game.
