Blue Gables Pinot Gris 2023

Share

Caramelised pineapple, poached pears and tropical nectar. Lemon verbena, honeysuckle and lime blossom. Dried mango and passionfruit curd. This is edible in its aromas and follows through with that varietal oily palate and gentle swathe of acidity. Ginger syrup, nutmeg and cinnamon sugar. It’s achieved the richness of an Alsatian style but with the friendly enjoyment a new world Gris drinker would appreciate. Drink now with a Sunday roasted chicken and gravy.
