St Hallett Faith 2025

Share

Blackberry jam, plum, prune, old leather, warm asphalt and dark cherry conserve sit above black pepper-on-grilled meat and dark chocolate. Darkly-toned, with ripe fruits intermingling nicely with the savoury elements. The palate is juicy and mouthfilling, a wrap of approachable grainy tannins pulling in the generous mid-palate before delicately bitter dark-chocolate tones spread through the finish. As always, this delivers ample enjoyment at its price point for lovers of the riper Barossa style — and it will hold up well with food. Old faithful delivers yet again.
