On the palate, there’s ample zesty texture that wraps around a bright core of citrus — lemon in water, lime pith again, and a tangy green apple skin note. A persistent drive of bright acidity draws the floral elements through a fresh and lively citrus-laden finish. While the mid-palate concentration feels a little light, it promises to flesh out further with bottle age.
